Dr Linka Toneva is a political scientist with a doctorate from Sofia University and a Master degree in European politics from Lunds Universitetet, Sweden. She has collaborated with international non-governmental organizations, European institutions and Bulgarian state authorities. She has specialized in the area of European integration, anti-corruption policies and public partnerships. Author of a number of research papers and articles and co-author of books in the field of Bulgarian EU integration process.
Dr Georgi Metodiev is a political scientist. He teaches comparative institutions at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of electronic governance, institutional analysis and design and strategic planning. Dr Metodiev has worked for Bulgarian national institutions and non-governmental organizations.
Magdalena Toneva is a sociologist at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. In Politics for development she is responsible for qualitative and quantitative studies with a special focus on higher education policies, demography and quality assessment.
